The following types of accommodation are available at PTC:

1. Housing.  There are currently a number of vacant staff houses on campus which are available for rent. 
   
   The property in Charlton Avenue (near the College) is also vacant at the moment.  It has a main house and a separate flat at the back.
   
2. Student flats.  We have some flats available for USP (or other) students.  The College provides a secure, multicultural environment which is very attractive to young people from overseas.
   
3.  Short-term accommodation is available at the Jovili Meo Conference Centre.
